2015 was an early harvest throughout the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. We picked on August 17, 2015 and the fruit was in excellent condition. We crushed whole-clusters and transferred the wine to tank to cold settle for one week then racked the juice to a stainless tank and inoculated to begin primary fermentation. After several weeks, we racked the wine to barrels and for malolactic fermentation. After 12 months, the wine was racked off its gross lees and filtered. The wine was bottled May 2017 and released November 2017.
